Follow These Four Simple Steps To Fill Out Your Application Correctly, THE FIRST TIME.

Step 1: Ensure Your Credit is NOT Frozen

Step 2: Download Adobe

For smartphone users, please download Adobe for FREE in app store.

Step 3: Fill Out Application Documents

Option 1:

From Your Phone/Tablet - Download > Fill > Sign > Save > Email

I-Phone and Android Users: Download Free Adobe App > Fill > Sign > Save > Send

Option 2:

From Your Computer - Download File > Fill > Sign > Print > Scan > Email

No Scanner?  Take a picture on your phone > download free iScanner App > Save > Email


  • Be sure to select the correct report(s).  Your landlord / manager / real estate agent should have provided you with what report to choose typically Comprehensive Individual or Married. 

  • Ensure complete application – This includes signing your application and submitting both your driver's license and pay stub. 

    • Common Mistakes:

      • Not signing both the application and the credit card authorization form

      • Not doing the correct math on the credit card authorization form

      • Not filling out Property Manager / Landlord / Realtor Info

      • Not turning in Pay Stub and Driver's License



Step 4: Submit the Following Forms:

  • Application
  • Credit Card authorization form
  • Copy of Driver’s license
  • Copy of pay stub

Ensure you are sending these four documents.  They need to be complete!
