Step 3: Fill Out Application Documents
From Your Phone/Tablet - Download > Fill > Sign > Save > Email
I-Phone and Android Users: Download Free Adobe App > Fill > Sign > Save > Send
From Your Computer - Download File > Fill > Sign > Print > Scan > Email
No Scanner? Take a picture on your phone > download free iScanner App > Save > Email
Ensure complete application – This includes signing your application and submitting both your driver's license and pay stub.
Not signing both the application and the credit card authorization form
Not doing the correct math on the credit card authorization form
Not filling out Property Manager / Landlord / Realtor Info
Not turning in Pay Stub and Driver's License
Step 4: Submit the Following Forms:
Send All Forms To: firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 1-888-365-1988
Ensure you are sending these four documents. They need to be complete!
